NFC RENTAL COMMERCIAL REGISTRATION UPGRADE

This is an overlay upgrade for the existing NFC Rental application only.
It does not include config/database.php, so your live database configuration is preserved.

NEW FEATURES
- Public commercial landing page at /rentals/
- Public customer registration-interest form at /rentals/register.php
- System Admin page to review requests at /rentals/admin/registrations.php
- System Admin dashboard links to registration requests
- Existing receipt.php already includes a "Print / Save as PDF" button.
- Existing rent_schedule.php already includes "Print / Save as PDF" and CSV download buttons.

IMPORTANT
- Registration form records a request; it does NOT instantly create a login or take payment.
  System Admin reviews the request and creates/activates the account through Customer Accounts.
- Back up the current rentals folder before uploading.
- Upload/extract the contents into public_html so the files merge into public_html/rentals/.
- Do NOT overwrite or delete rentals/config/database.php.
- Do NOT upload this package into NFC ONE or any NFC ONE folder.
- Test /rentals/, /rentals/register.php, /rentals/login.php, the System Admin dashboard,
  /rentals/admin/registrations.php, one payment receipt, and the rent schedule print button.
- This upgrade does not complete property-level permission enforcement or subscription auto-suspension.
  Do not treat it as a finished multi-customer SaaS security retrofit until those controls are completed and tested.
