NFC RENTAL — PROPERTIES & UNITS UPGRADE

Contents:
- rentals/admin/landlords.php
- rentals/admin/properties.php
- rentals/admin/units.php
- rentals/dashboard.php (updated navigation)

Installation:
1. In cPanel File Manager, open public_html.
2. Upload this ZIP directly into public_html (not into public_html/rentals).
3. Select the ZIP and click Extract. The archive contains a rentals/ folder.
4. If asked to overwrite dashboard.php, confirm only if you want the new dashboard navigation. This file is the rental dashboard, not NFC ONE.
5. Check the resulting paths:
   public_html/rentals/admin/landlords.php
   public_html/rentals/admin/properties.php
   public_html/rentals/admin/units.php
   public_html/rentals/dashboard.php
6. Do not replace config/database.php or includes/auth.php.

First use:
1. Log in as System Admin.
2. Open /rentals/admin/landlords.php and add a landlord record.
3. Open /rentals/admin/properties.php and add a property assigned to that landlord.
4. Open /rentals/admin/units.php and add units to that property.

Notes:
- Uses existing tables and column names in nimyfixt_nfc_rental: landlords, properties, units, audit_logs.
- Does not run SQL or alter database structure.
- No delete controls are included; use active/inactive status for landlords/properties.
- Landlord access requires a user account linked to the corresponding landlord_id.
- In this initial release, properties and units are limited to System Admin and landlord roles. Do not enable these pages for other roles until scoped permissions are implemented.
- The dashboard still shows placeholders for money metrics until payments and rent-charges modules are connected.
- The archive contains rental-system files only. Do not install it into or use it to replace NFC ONE files.
